Technical rescue Mission: Saving a Trapped Dog in sewer

Technical rescue Mission: Saving a Trapped Dog in sewer

In line with our ongoing mission to rescue animals in need, the Kurdistan Animal Protection (KAP) team responded on June 4, 2024, to a call from a concerned citizen about a dog trapped in a street sewer on Waziran Street in Erbil. The dog had been stuck for an alarming 10 days, enduring harsh conditions without food or proper shelter. After seven hours of continuous effort, our team successfully rescued the dog. Upon examination, we discovered a serious injury to his front leg. Immediate medical attention was provided, and we’re pleased to report that he is now in a safe and stable condition and has received the care he deserved.
