In an interview with Zoom News Channel, Farman Fadhil, CEO and President of KAPO, addressed the growing concern over the increasing number of stray dogs in the region. He emphasized that following the tragic death of a young man due to a dog bite, the need for effective management of the stray dog population has become even more urgent. Fadhil shared that KAPO has taken proactive steps by constructing a professional shelter and resuming its catch and neuter operations, utilizing the organization’s financial resources. However, he highlighted that further support is needed to expand their neutering capacity in order to reduce the stray dog population and ensure community safety
